Perfect vintage 1968 Ephemera puffy hippie shirt from 1968. Incredible deadstock piece from the West Hollywood shop. Such an amazing and flowy shirt that has that Jim Morrison vibe! Unisex. No tagged size but would fit a medium to XL for that oversize flowy look. Incredible vintage deadstock condition, No flaws to note! A true piece of rock n roll history.
Ephemera was a clothing boutique located at 8805 Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood, CA. This shop was down the street from The Doors “workshop” which was their office-rehearsal/studio/writing space. Jim Morrison would frequent this shop on breaks and bought the white pirate style shirts that you see in many photos of him performing live. This Includes the Grand Opening invitation flyer dated 10/6/68.
